Concert Choir

The Washington High School Concert Choir is a 100+ voice auditioned mixed choir made up of students in grades 11-12. Concert Choir performs in school concerts, and students in this ensemble also have the opportunity to audition for the Iowa All-State Choir.

Concert Choir members sing the national anthem for sports events at WHS, and these singers also participate in the State Solo and Ensemble and State Large Group Contests.

Preliminary Itinerary (a final itinerary will be distributed prior to trip):

3/21 – Depart from WHS @ 10:00 pm
3/22 – Pizza party at hotel on arrival in San Antonio

· 3/23 – Breakfast @ hotel, Heritage Music Festival, the Alamo, Historical Missions, Ranch BBQ dinner and activities

3/24 – Breakfast @ hotel, Six Flags/Music Festival
3/25 – Breakfast @ hotel, Corpus Christi, Hard Rock Café
3/26 – Breakfast @ hotel, load luggage and head home
3/27 – Arrive at WHS at 5:00 am
